Hiya guys! I want to introduce you all to a new site. It's called STYLIGHT and it really is awesome! It's a little bit like sites such as Lookbook and Chictopia where you can share your outfits but with a twist. I feel that STYLIGHT is a much better concept. You can also like items of clothing and link them to the outfit you are sharing. I really do feel that it's a fantastic approach and site and I think it's going to become very very popular, simply because you are able to share so much more.

It dosent only help you find inspiration and see whats new out there, but it also means you can find new brands and lets other people know what you are into and find interesting. You really are able to find a lot more interesting stuff in one place. I really like it and am already an active user! I'm still finding my feet (as is always the case with a new site!) but it's actually really really easy to use so don't worry that it's going to be complicated. It seems to have such a big following already, so if i were you I really would get posting and discovering new bits and bobs!

Follow me here!

I am extremely happy because i am at the top of Chictopias homepage! I don't know if they choose which photo gets to sit there all day but i have heard they do, so i feel pretty happy that they like mine enough! :D And that fact that its there in general! Small achievement but very happy!

Hiya :) I've not done much today, went out for lunch as per usual but apart from that nothing! I need to give my bum a kick again, try and get into a routine. What i need to do is get back into my list making again. If i write a list of things i want to do in a day, i find it easier to get things done. Its because i can actually visually see what i need to do, then i can tick it off. Its like a reward system, it really does make me feel happy every time i tick something off. Is it that sad? I don't really think so, humans love the feeling of achievement. No matter how big, small or "weird" it is, you feel great if you have completed something. I really am trying to get more of a routine into my life, its something i feel i need. Baby steps are ok for now, because eventually they will turn into big steps and i will be able to achieve what i want for myself. So i'm trying not to get too hung up about it all.

Excuse my goofy smile :/

Jumper- New Look
Dress- New Look
Wedged High-Tops- Topshop
Bag- Market Abroad
Tights- New Look
Lipstick- Chanel in Legende

So i picked my dress first and i thought id do one of those looks when your throw something over it. I really like those types of outfits, it means
1) You get more skirts
2) You get more wear/outfits out of your dresses.
I thought the colour and style went quite well with the dress, so i thought i would go for a pastelish look. The wedges were picked because i didn't really want a high heel look, i wanted a casual comfort type of outfit. Also, i seemed to be heading in the floral direction as well. I love the colour of this bag, the blue matched my trainers and i think it really added something to the outfit. I don't know how, i just feel as if it did. Plus the reason i called this post "be fun and playful" is because i was a little playful with some of my poses and i felt really cool in this outfit. I felt playful and like i was going to school for some reason. It must be the beanie hat & wedged trainers...

Hiya guys, how are you all today? I've had a fantastic day :) Braehead & Xscape were having a student evening. So i decided that we should take full advantage of that, how could you not? NO i did not go on a HUGE spending spree, i wanted to do some things with Chris instead. I'm not going to lie and say i didn't have a look or get anything but it wasn't just discounts off in the shops. Since i bought my first Minkpink item last night from Asos (they were having a 60% off coats untill yesterday), i didn't really want to spend anymore today on myself. I got one thing from H&M and i had a look in Topshop but to be honest, they always have 20% student discount days online anyway. So i will get the chance to buy what i want from there another time.

We went to an amazing burger place in Braehead called Handmade Burger Co, its so good! I had already decided what i was going to have, so i'd been dribbling over my burger for a day or two before i finally ate it. I know its going to sound silly, especially with it being a specific burger restaurant, BUT all it does do is burgers and there are SO many choices! I really didn't expect there to be that much. They also do 30% off  for students on a monday from 3pm, so get your bums down their students! Its really decent grub, and decent prices! Afterwards, we popped along to the bowling, which is a Bowlplex, at Xscape right next to the shopping centre. It was really good because we hadn't really been in ages! Its such a fun game for being so simple! I did loose, but i had definitely improved on my last performance! So i'm super happy. I did much better on our 2nd game and i really wasn't that far behind Chris' score! We are both competitive, but who likes to loose?
No one.

Chris had a Jimmys beef cheese & bacon burger with cajun chips and i had a greek lamb burger with feta, tzatziki (yoghurt sauce), mayonnaise & lettuce with coleslaw! Oh and i had a chocolate milkshake :D

Jacket- Vintage
Playsuit- New Look
Boots- H&M
Hat- H&M
Bag- New Look
Lipstick- Topshop in Brighton Rock

I just threw this together today, i chose to wear all green because theres green in my playsuit. Sorry to bore you with this jacket and these boots again, but i love them! Pink lipstick was to also match the pink in my playsuit :) I literally seen my playsuit and thought, its time to create a new look with you! I wanted to go with a new vibe rather than the racy Lolita look that i had done previously, so i think i managed it! What do you guys think?

Hiya guys, hope you have all had a chilled sunday! Even though i'm not religious i always have and always will believe that on a Sunday you should rest. I feel it should be your lazy day, where you can be minging and do whatever you want. It's the day for sitting in front of the t.v in your pjs with a mountain of crappy fatty food sitting next to you. I don't know where i get this idea of sunday from, i wasn't taught that. I think it is because when i was younger we always (well not always) had an activity on Saturday, or if there was something to do at the weekend it would be done on Saturday. I believe it is because once upon a time, all places and shops used to shut really early if it wasn't already closed for the day. So i still have that childhood view of the weekend, which i doubt will even leave.

So we didn't actually sit around today (the first time ever), we went to braehead as i mentioned yesterday i needed to get a few beauty bits. I've also learnt that they are having a student evening on tuesday as well, so there will be loads of discounts to be had! I am going to get my bum down there, not just for shopping though. We've decided we are going to go bowling and for a meal at Xscape as they are also having a student evening, so it means we will be able to get a discount for the bowling and 20% off at Pizza Express or 30% off at Bella Italia which is great for us!

Dress- Your Eyes Lie
Hat- Asos similar here
Heels- New Look
Bag- Vintage
Lipstick- Topshop in Brighton Rock

I thought i would put this dress on today as i've had it for a year or two and never worn it! Plus i was going shopping so i was inside and wanted to be warm and cool at the same time. I've not known what to do with it, as its a funny length for me. I thought it would go really well with this bag and heels as they match the colours of my dress. I though i should add a pop of colour with my lipstick and my trusty ol'beanie hat!

Hiya everyone, how was your saturday? I have had a fairly chilled saturday, Chris very kindly took me to dinner at TGI Fridays  in Xscape as i have been choking for one for ages! It really is a guilty pleasure. It taste so amazing but omg its high in calories (no i don't watch my calories i'm on the "seafood" "seefood" diet, i see it and then i eat it. Simple as) as Chris always kindly points out to me! We were originally aiming to go to Braehead for some window shopping and beauty bits but we hadn't realised the time when we arrived, as well as not realising that the shops actually shut earlier on the weekend. Crazy. Also, if you hadn't already, i have posted my recent OOTD's onto YouTube so go check them out! I have done a post with all the videos so you can just have a look through my blog. But i would really appreciate it if you would subscribe :)

So here is what i had for my dinner! I had buffalo wings with "Red hot sauce" and an 8oz New York Strips steak with the Jack Daniel's sauce which is the bees knees.

Top- Vintage
Shirt- New Look
Shorts- Topshop
Jacket- Vintage (was my uncles)
Hat- H&M
Bag- Market Abroad
Lipstick- Clinque (don't do the shade anymore)
Eyeshadow- H&M buy here

Today i decided to go for a rocker look for my lovely fiance. I think she suits the style really well and its a personal favourite of mine. I thought that i was quite adventures with her style today, normally i am quite reserved. i wasnted the outfit to have an american theme, hence why i chose the american patterned shorts and her guns 'n' roses tee. I added a dash of scottish heritage with the kick ass tartan litas and finished the outfit off with a trench coat and a nice blue bag.
